What is a pre-order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve your hair before it arrives in stock. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will secure your item from our supplier and prepare it for delivery.
How long do pre-orders take?
Pre-orders typically take 10–21 business days to be processed and delivered. Delivery times may vary depending on supplier and courier delays.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped securely through The Courier Guy. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on hair products unless the incorrect item was sent or the item arrives damaged.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if there is an issue.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
